It is our great pleasure to announce the successful convening of " The 10th Federation of the Asian and Oceanian Physiological Societies Congress", held in EXCO, Daegu, Korea, from November 1st - 4th, 2023. Dr. Markos Klonizakis, the Geust Editor of the RPN Journal, was invited to organise, chair and present the symposium “S49 | Exploring the Cardioprotective Mechanisms of Regional Diets to the Human Physiology”. Recent Progress in Nutrition sponsored the symposium as a Publisher Partner.
FAOPS is the biggest physiological conference in the eastern hemisphere, and covers all the physiological societies of Asia and Oceania.FAOPS was established in 1990 and consists of 15 full members and 3 associate members, and holds the Congress every four years. This federation has contributed to the professional exchange and the development of physiological scientific research in the Asia and Oceania area.
